The company provides warranty and post on easy terms.

Warranty conditions:

1. Products covered with 24-month or 36-month warranty.
2. The guarantee period starts from the date of sale.
3. During the warranty period the purchaser shall be entitled to free repairs for damage arising as a result of manufacturing defects.
4. Repairs will be made within 14 days from the date of delivery to the manufacturer's advertised product.
5. The purchaser may request an exchange for another product if after three repaired, there are still shortcomings in it.
6. Unauthorised make repairs void the warranty.

Post-warranty service

In the case of after-warranty repair is to assess the damage done, initial cost estimates of repair and sent to the execution of the service offer after-warranty repairs.

Post-warranty repair is initiated upon written or telephone approval conditions set with the client.
